If a certificate was already printed and something went wrong and it needs to be reprinted. Instead of choosing VOID or ERROR under EDIT ENTRY and then having to re-enter all that student's info and print a new certificate, is there a way that we can somehow void that certificate/serial # and then under the CERTIFICATE button for that student, we have an option to reprint a new certificate with new serial number?

Still getting the same message when trying to archive a "test" student in the beta phase------------------------I attempted to ARCHIVE a student test submission and when I changed the ENTRY STATUS from GENERATED to ARCHIVED, it gave me an error message….There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.No areas where highlighted. This was for a test student who I submitted a test for and “issued” a certificate.I tried again with ERROR and still the same message.

<p>When I entered a mock test, I entered a Federation Membership that was expired and then marked eligible to test and it went all the way through process with no errors or warnings. Will there be a way to set a lock on this so once an expired membership is entered that you can't proceed?</p>

Once I entered my studio info I am unable to find a profile page. When I clicked the SCHOOL PROFILE under LOGIN, I get a message saying I need a school owner account to access. So at this point I am unable to edit any info or add my social media pages.
