The way the form is organized, it will take a significant amount of time to fill out the form. This should be as simple as an excel spreadsheet where I can enter everything on a keyboard without clicking around. In fact, it would be even better if there was the ability for me to upload a spreadsheet with my group test recommendations

Both entry methods may be viable options to explore as we proceed with development.
