After a student has completed the study kit contents, apprenticeship training, other requirements and fulfilled the time requirement, then Sa Bom Certification exams are conducted by Appointed Technical Advisory Committee members at the National Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa once per year.
They submit exam results and their recommendation to the Kwan Jang Nim for his approval via National Member Headquarters. Kwan Jang Nim issues Sa Bom certification for their approved recommendations.
Officially issued credentials are delivered to the applicant’s recommending instructor for ceremonial presentation.
