US Federation membership includes Gup rank certification credentials when students pass an examination conducted by their instructor and are recommended by their instructor for rank certification.
In the USA, Moo Duk Kwan® rank certification is only available to students of certified instructors with membership in good standing in the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation®.
Students may apply for Official Moo Duk Kwan® Gup Rank certification when their Certified Instructor notifies them they are eligible to do so.
