School Profile
Only schools with completed school profiles appear in the drop down selector of certified schools in the Member Portal.
If your school is not yet listed, then notification emails are not sent and students are prevented from completing their new membership activation or their renewal and they cannot print their membership card.
This is a typical message Headquarters receives from a student or parent when a school profile is not complete.
“I am currently trying to register my children, for federation membership but our school is not listed in the drop down selector of certified schools.”
When your school profile is complete and a student activates or renews their membership on the Member Portal:
- New students are issued gup numbers instantly
- New and renewing members can print their own membership cards
- School owners receive a notification email with student membership information PROVIDED that the school's profile has been completed so the student can select the school where they are training
- Participating Schools are eligible to receive pre-packaged membership kits at no cost which can be awarded to new students when they are assigned a Gup Number on the Membership Portal.
- Participating schools can significantly increase student retention and parent engagement by:
- promptly distributing a Federation Membership Kit to new students when they activate their membership on the Member Portal
- promptly awarding students their official Moo Duk Kwan® Gup Rank certificates printed at your school.
