This new format will include information, exercises, and time for questions about various topics concerning the SMDI participant by a Zone 2 Committee members and guest  Instructors. Then continues with a full hour training session. (To Be Determined) appointed by H.C. Hwang, Moo Duk Kwan Kwan Jang Nim, USA TAC Members will be instructing this informative session.
Participants will gain deeper understanding of the art and its applications to benefit mature practitioners and extend our life in a positive manner.Â
