Virtual events can take multiple forms, but the common scenarios include, but not limited to:

• Uploading prerecorded technical performances for review by a panel of judges in a competition
• Uploading prerecorded audition performances for review by a panel of judges
• Two-way video conferencing where participants can interact with instructors/presenters 
• One-way video conferencing where participants only watches event proceedings
• Viewing a recording of a performance or in-person event made at another time
