2025 Candidate Registration

Dear candidate, you will be helping beta test the online Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa registration system that is being developed. We anticipate some may encounter technical issues or confusion, so if you do, please make complete notes about what went wrong or what was confusing and email to support@soobahkdo.com or call (903) 263-9807 for prompt assistance. This year you will also be asked to complete a PDF of the World Moo Duk Kwan Application for Dan Rank Promotion (download here) AND the online form below.  You will need to upload the signed PDF/paper application in the upload documents section of the form below. We realize this creates some redundancy and appreciate your understanding and patience during this early development phase.
