Time eligible members – even if previously invited – who want to be considered as a KDJSS candidate are responsible to respond to the current year questionnaire and indicate interest and intent for the current year.

Prior year questionnaire responses, application documents and other submissions are NOT carried forward. Applicants must reapply each year and resubmit all required documents.
