Silver Moo Do In Program Updates: You spoke we listened!
|
|
We are adjusting things to make the program even better to meet the needs of the Silver Moo Do In practitioners.
|
|
1. Theme and material content will be posted in preparation for session.
|
|
2. Email following the sessions will be sent with video link of session for review on the Soo Bahk Do institute.
|
|
3. Session will last one hour, with training, Health Hints for adaptive training to meet age related challenges, questions and connections.
|
|
4. Dates/ Times for Zone 2 sessions
|
|
5. In person sessions being planned for Regional, National and International events.
|
|
6. In person sessions at the 50th U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan National festival celebration being planned.
|
|
7. In person sessions at the 80th Moo Duk Kwan anniversary celebration being planned.
