    May I abstain from paraphernalia such as the Stickers, and the white belt instructional DVD, I assume all requirements shown in the DVD will be covered in the manual. I have prior experience and would like to reduce the use of excess material.

    Some listed items have been updated. Membership cards are now printed by members in My Account on the Member Portal. The Member manual was updated in 2019. The DVD may soon be replaced with alternate item.
