2024 KDJSS & Moment With The Masters Registration
Room reservations must be made via National Member Headquarters and not directly with the hotel. Some registration pricing depends upon a reservation being made through Headquarters.
When you download the registration forms to your local computer they are computer fillable and savable so you can email the completed form. (Opening them in your browser may work differently.)
When you have calculated the amount you need to remit, you can enter a brief description of what you are paying for and the amount you are paying.
Be sure to write the payment transaction number that you receive on the registration form when you send it in so we can connect your payment with your registration form.

After your payment is completed, be sure to write your payment Transaction ID on your form before submitting it.
