2025 Liability Waiver

I do hereby release the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation, Inc® and all others associated with producing this event in any capacity including but not limited to, The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport – BWI and its corporate affiliates for any liability due to injuries, etc., that I may incur as a result of my attendance or participation.

I clearly understand that participation in the sparring aspect of this event could involve bodily contact.

I am fully aware of my personal medical condition and hereby certify that I am mentally and physically able to participate in the activities for which I have registered.

I confirm that I have the medical coverage or personal means to cover any medical expenses that may be incurred as a result of my participation.

I permanently waive any compensation for photos, videos, media coverage, etc. of me that may be utilized by the Federation and give permission for publication of them.
