World Moo Duk Kwan | 2025 Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa Project Assignment<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Introduction:<\/u><\/b><\/span>
The Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa process within the World Moo Duk Kwan is a well-established program that cultivates the candidate experience into a transformational one. In addition to the physical demands of the weeklong training, this is complimented by capstone scholarly projects and endeavors designed to assist the candidate to become a leader within the organization by assigning unique project- based topics that are designed to complete the Shim Sa process in a positive way. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Project 2025:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>

The project is two-part. This year the opportunity exists to capitalize on our unique history by supporting the celebration of the 80th\u00a0anniversary of the founding of the Moo Duk Kwan, November 9, 1945. With this in mind, the first step of the project, to be completed prior to the celebration and the KDJSS itself, is to promote the celebration by encouraging members, past and current, to physically be on hand in Korea for the celebration. The project requirements are to:<\/span><\/p>

Part One<\/b><\/span><\/p>

  1. Describe the ways\/methods that will be utilized to elicit support by current membership.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Describe ways\/methods that will be utilized to elicit support from alumni, past members, and those sharing our Moo Duk Kwan Heritage.<\/span><\/li>
  3. What strategies will you employ as incentives?<\/span><\/li>
  4. Indicate the use of strategies to include direct solicitation, use of multimedia and social media sites, and other efforts to achieve the objective.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Describe these in detail with an implementation plan.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Exercise<\/u>\u00a0the plan noting with detailed results that illustrate the success of the efforts.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Part Two<\/b>\u00a0– Prepare your thoughts and ideas on the following:<\/span><\/p>

    1. What is your plan for your future role as you advance to the next rank to provide leadership for the next generations of Soo Bahk Do practitioners?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. What actions do you support, and recommend be taken to assist with the fulfillment of this role?<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Part One is a design plan scope for promoting the 80th\u00a0that you individually\/or as a group will create. The thoroughness of the plan should provide the basis for a successful promotion strategy. The scale may be local, regional, national, or global. Your creativity and imagination are encouraged. The documented results will be an invaluable record for future projects of similar intent.<\/span><\/p>

      Part Two should take the form of a written narrative that once completed, will assist your transition to a leadership roie through demonstrated and articulated exactness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
